Terms and conditions of use (TCU)
ACCESS CONDITIONS
The website https://www.poeticstay.com/ (the « Site ») is published by the company SASU POETIC INVEST (hereinafter referred to as POETICSTAY), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 907 710 487, with its registered office located at 80, rue Taitbout 75009 Paris.
These Terms and Conditions of use (ci-après « TCU ») aim to define the terms and conditions under which any Internet user (hereinafter the« User ») visiting the Site may use the Site and therefore access all its content and benefit from all its features (hereinafter the « Content »).
Any access or browsing on the Site implies the User's acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these Terms of Use.
In case of non-acceptance of these TCU, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered on the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The trademarks and logos appearing on the Site are registered trademarks of POETICSTAY or third parties. Any reproduction, imitation, or use, in whole or in part, of these distinctive signs without express authorization and in violation of the prohibitions provided for in articles L.713-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code, engages the responsibility of their author.
Other distinctive signs, including trade names, logos, slogans, trade names, signs, domain names reproduced on the Site are the property of POETICSTAY or third parties, and any reproduction without express authorization may constitute an infringement engaging the responsibility of its author under articles 1240 and 1241 of the Civil Code.

The links provided to third-party sites do not engage the responsibility of POETICSTAY regarding their access conditions and content.

APPLICABLE LAW
These GCU are governed by French law. The French version of the TCU shall prevail over any translation.
