Peace of mind
We have implemented a series of measures to reassure you when booking with us, so you can focus on your vacation. If an unforeseen event occurs, we make every effort to help you cancel your trip under the best possible conditions. However, for contractual reasons, we unfortunately cannot always guarantee a full refund. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully read the following cancellation policy so that you can make informed decisions and comply with the deadlines. This document is part of our efforts to be clear and transparent. Its purpose is to describe, as clearly as possible, the procedures and deadlines to follow in order to cancel your reservation.
Our cancellation policy is as follows
Non-refundable cancellation policy: In case of cancellation for any reason, no fees will be refunded by POETICSTAY.
Flexible cancellation policy: If you need more flexibility or are concerned that circumstances may prevent you from traveling, we have also established a flexible cancellation policy, which you can add to your reservation at the time of payment. It's also a good option if you prefer not to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Our flexible policy allows you to cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. After this deadline, the full amount of the reservation is due and must be paid and will be automatically charged. Unfortunately, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If we were to be required to cancel your reservation for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of an apartment or a change in health conditions, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an equivalent stay or a change of dates, free of charge. If no satisfactory alternative is possible, we will refund your reservation in full.
Travel Credits
POETICSTAY Travel Credits are issued only in exceptional circumstances and are handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of POETICSTAY. They allow customers to book a stay in one of our Apartments at a later date than the original trip. In the event of cancellation of a reservation made using travel credits, no refund or rescheduling will be granted. All POETICSTAY Travel Credits are valid for a period of six (6) months. Travel credits can only be transferred to individuals aged 18 or older.
travel Insurance
We strongly advise all our customers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering all unforeseen circumstances that may disrupt their trip. POETICSTAY does not offer insurance directly, but feel free to contact us if you need a travel receipt to file a claim with your insurer.
