GENERAL QUESTIONS (FAQs)
The term "Best Rate Guarantee" means that when you book through our website, you have access to our most advantageous rates and exclusive benefits.
You have various options to make your payment. We accept Visa, Amex, and Mastercard cards. If you prefer, you can also settle your stay via bank transfer.
As is common for apartment rentals, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. A pre-authorization will be made upon preparing for your arrival. If no damage is found in the apartment after your departure, the funds will be refunded within one week.
During the weekdays, there is no minimum stay requirement. However, for bookings from Friday to Saturday, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
Following your payment, you will receive an invoice.
We will request a copy of your identification a few days before your arrival.
If any damages occur inside the apartment during your stay, we will first assess their origin and then evaluate the associated costs. If you are deemed responsible, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
Only individuals aged 18 and above are allowed to rent our apartments.

If the apartment is available, we will be happy to extend your stay. If not, we will do our best to find you a satisfactory alternative solution.
Our apartments are not pet-friendly, except for medical assistance dogs.

All these fees are included in the price, which also includes daily cleaning fees.
All our apartments are designated as non-smoking. We also kindly request our guests to ensure quietness and respect for other residents.
Our team is here to address all your questions. In case of emergency, a specific number will be provided to you prior to your arrival.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments.
Our apartments are equipped with modern, high-quality amenities. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, including dishes and kitchen utensils, a Nespresso Krups coffee machine, a POETICSTAY welcome kit, a Sonos audio system, yoga mats, Aesop bath products, a television, a safe, a washing machine, and an iron. We can also provide a baby cot and a high chair upon request.
In the apartment, you will find a set of cleaning products and household items at your disposal.
We will be happy to provide you with these items upon request.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURE (FAQs)
You can enter your apartment from 4:00 PM onwards. Upon departure, please vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest.
We encourage you to promptly inform our reservation service. Our team will strive to accommodate your request as best as possible.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive via email and SMS all the information regarding the details of your stay.
You will be able to access your accommodation independently using a digital key and the instructions provided beforehand. However, our team remains available to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
It's important that you check that you haven't left any personal belongings in the apartment. As a courtesy to the environment, we also ask that you switch off all electrical appliances.
Just like upon your arrival, you will have the freedom to leave at your convenience.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND (FAQs)
For any changes to the conditions of your stay, please contact our reservation service via email at the following address: contact@poeticstay.com. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
For bookings made with our flexible rate, you have the option to cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. For bookings made with our non-refundable rate, no refund will be granted in case of cancellation.
