Non-refundable cancellation policy: In case of cancellation for any reason, no fees will be refunded by POETICSTAY<\/b>.
\nFlexible cancellation policy: If you need more flexibility or are concerned that circumstances may prevent you from traveling, we have also established a flexible cancellation policy, which you can add to your reservation at the time of payment. It's also a good option if you prefer not to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Our flexible policy allows you to cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. After this deadline, the full amount of the reservation is due and must be paid and will be automatically charged. POETICSTAY<\/b> Travel Credits are issued only in exceptional circumstances and are handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of POETICSTAY<\/b>. They allow customers to book a stay in one of our Apartments at a later date than the original trip. In the event of cancellation of a reservation made using travel credits, no refund or rescheduling will be granted. All POETICSTAY<\/b> Travel Credits are valid for a period of six (6) months. Travel credits can only be transferred to individuals aged 18 or older.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t
